Jw Marriott Grosvenor House London Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Grosvenor House. The room and bathroom were big and clean, and the hotel is located in the heart of Mayfair, close to Hyde Park and shopping at Oxford Street. The staff members we encountered were fantastic and provided friendly and helpful service. The food in the restaurant and lounge was amazing, and the executive lounge offered a great spread. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in London.

Spacious bed & bath. Helpful staff from reception to concierge. Breakfast staff provided great service and an enjoyable meal. Security made us feel welcome with friendly banter. a wonderful experience.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with super clean rooms and plenty of soft towels. The hotel facilities were excellent, with lots of space and a classic style. The location was perfect, being in a nicer area but still close enough to the Piccadilly crowds. We enjoyed being in a semi-restaurant area, with the convenience of being served next to a beautiful central park.

Nothing to dislike.

This hotel is truly luxurious and exceeded our expectations. the exclusive amenities provided a perfect stay. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were all clean and well, maintained, offering a relaxing retreat. Our room was a haven of comfort, with exclusive and stylish decor. We opted for an in, room breakfast and it was delicious. the restaurant served high, quality food and the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to unwind in the evening.

While staying at the Marriott, we were impressed by the high level of security. The staff ensured that only guests were permitted into the hotel, made us feel safe and protected throughout our stay. the security measures put in place by the hotel were commendable. the concierge was very helpful and provided excellent suggestions for local activities and attractions. I'll recommend this hotel.

We loved the clean and comfortable rooms, frequent towel changes, and the warm welcome we received upon arrival. The staff were accommodating and addressed all our requests promptly. The location of the hotel was excellent, and the JW Steakhouse on-site was a great option for vegetarians and vegans.

The service at the hotel was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city. the hotel provided top notch amenities and facilities.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. The rooms were quite small, especially on the 8th floor, a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area with plenty of nearby attractions, such as great shops and restaurants, providing convenience and entertainment for guests. The steakhouse on-site offers a delightful dining experience with excellent food and friendly staff ready to cater to all requests.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the restaurant service. Although the food was exceptional, the wait time for our meals was a little longer than expected.
